We had to change our plan (us being a group of 53) due to an issue in Paris. They were great and the food was AMAZING but after spending around 700 Euros elsewhere and being offered 10% discount we were shocked not to be offered something similar here after spending a couple of Euros short of a thousand.Apart from that we can not complain, everything was great and after we realised that they didn't allocate enough se... What Frédéric Lefort doesn't like about Del Arte Serris:
This was definately the worst restaurant of our week trip to France and Holland. From the outside it looks like an italian restaurant or that they specialize in Italian food but the truth is far from that. We came in , the waitress was...kind but clearly in a hurry. Ordered a plate of antipasto , a risotto and a small pizza for my daughter. She loves pizzas and always finishes them but not here. Although it was small... View all feedback.
We came here for dinner on our first evening having landed in Paris for Disney world. We walked in late around 10.15. Didn't expect much as clearly it is a chain and not fine dinning. The kids menu is simple and food was served with in minutes so big plus there. The pizza, drink for my daughter arrived in 5 mins!!Our food to arrived quickly, a bit too quickly !! And that is where we noticed the problem. The fish my husband ordered was pre cooked and cold! My lasagne was ok. Nothing great. The drinks Mohito ok, but gin and tonic had artificial colour and taste. When questioned about the fish, the server touched the fish with bare hands! Heated it again and served back !Given the price (it is not cheap, shack pricing) I would say it was disappointing. And can be avoided!
Big disappointment if we consider the reviews read in Tripadvisor prior visiting specific Italian restaurant. First of all waiter could not communicate with us even in the basis of English language thus was very difficult for us to give our order. One of the two starters we order we were advised 10 minutes after that is not available and that we need to order something else. Salad was ordered as starter (advise the waiter twice that we need the salad as starter) but was served with main dishes. Also with the order of main dishes we had problems as two of the five main dishes we ordered were not available and again they advised us 15 minutes after!Taste wise pasta was good but pizza was overcooked and too crunchy for my taste.
While not the last word in high end Italian gastronomy this place offers good Italian food in a friendly family environment. Ideal for families and large groups. Fantastic value too. The downsides are that you will frequently have to wait for a table particularly at busy times.
The service was great and menu was very easy to understand in English. The pizza was phenomenal and the rigatoni with pesto and chicken was good even though it looked nothing like the picture. Giving 4 stars because the chicken wasn't fresh. It was processed.
Wasn't expecting much given this is in the shopping centre, but was pleasantly surprised - the service was very good, the food was good (decent size portions) and generally felt like a good place for a meal.
