I met this restaurant, on the occasion of a thank-you dinner for two students who had designed a new Serle square, and it was a pleasant surprise, all the dishes were cured and I could get the traditional cuisine of these places, in particular the snails cooked with a secret recipe, the chicken livers in broth and the famous spit brescia.
