What Alex l dislikes about Babajia:
Service was good but for the price that we are paying, the taste is sadly not up to mark. The Char koay teow feels like basic instant koay teow that was kept in a food warmer and just re-heated as there are clearly pieces of noodle that are dried up. No wok hei either. The otak-otak fried rice was spicy but nothing spectacular either. Other dishes we had like rendang beef was not tender either. View all feedback.

I ordered the breakfast set sotong nasi lemak which comes with drinks. Drinks never came until i finished my food and when i asked the server (pictured) he got confused and asked me in a rude manner what drink did u order i had to explain that the set menu comes with a drink. So stupid for not knowing their own menu and then another server with a black t shirt also came and asked me with a heavy malay accent which i didnt understand but he was raising his voice to me for no reason at all????

This is the worst experience I have here. The staff do not understand what we order what we say and give 0 and the worst customer service. Ordered homemade honey lemon chrysanthemum drinks but taste like dish detergent and no chrysanthemum taste at all. Ask for the manager, is a Chinese woman and answer us rudely the drinks is not from this restaurant. And she ask for the next door manager over who is the seller of the drinks. To my surprise, he answered the drinks was not homemade and it is from bottle. When we ask for 1 glass of ice the staff bring Sprite over and do not understand what we mean. Well we speak English, Malay and the manager from both store are the worst in service attitude. The food here are not good if you looking for authentic baba nyonya food, this is not where you should come. There is much more choices than to spoilt your mood here.

Food was average. It wasn't unpleasant, but nothing to shout about. The nyonya curry laksa was not rich enough and sambal was on a sweeter side. Service was good.
