Two Spot Bakery - Sequim
Two Spot Bakery
Description
Two Spot Bakery’s breads and pastries earn high marks for artisan quality — crisp crusts, airy interiors, balanced sweetness, standout rye and sesame loaves, plus excellent vegan cookies — offered fresh and affordably without preservatives. Friendly service, free samples and morning-baked goods (with coffee) attract locals and visitors. However, unpredictable hours, frequent closures and a three-day advance pickup policy limit walk-in convenience and make spontaneous visits difficult. Best for bread lovers who plan ahead, less so for impromptu shoppers.

I can't understand why a bakery would be closed on a Saturday morning, and I’m really frustrated with the inconsistency between what Google says and the actual business hours. It was particularly disappointing since I had my three grandchildren with me.
I visited this bakery during their advertised opening hours at 10:00 AM, only to find it closed and seemingly unmanned. A sign on the door indicated that orders need to be placed three days in advance. If you're not open for walk-in customers, please update your hours and post them online to avoid wasting people’s time. Otherwise, consider closing for good!
Seems to me, who ever is running this bakery, is not fully committed to operating a bakery. They have alot of excuses why they can 't run a bakery like every other bakery. They want it to be easy. guess what, operating a small business isn 't always easy. They are more focused on supplying retail venues, than having a bakery. On their website, they claim Sunny farms has their breads daily, I go there frequently, as soon as they open, that basket with the sign two spot bakery is always empty. If you can 't be open to the walk-in public, then you should call yourself a factory or a distribution center, not a bakery.
I highly recommend this place! They prepare special order breads and pizza dough for us, and they're delicious!
The artisan bread here is excellent. I tried the 12-grain or 12-seed variety, and in my opinion, this place offers the best bread in town. While the other bakery is decent, this one stands out with its superior ingredients. For now, it’s definitely my top pick. For those unfamiliar with artisan bread, it's typically made without sugar, making it a healthier option. Although it may be pricier than store-bought bread, I’ve truly embraced artisan bread and won't settle for anything less whenever it's available. As it says in Psalm 104:15, God provides "and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart" (KJV).
