I visited this restaurant today at 3 o'clock and was overcharged for a family-sized pizza. When I asked for a refund of the difference, they requested to see the pizza. I returned the pizza and they corrected the mistake without apology and were quite rude. Pizza is always great and exceptional customer service. Steve is a great manager. Definitely will always be buying from Papa Murphy's sequim.
We ordered the $10 special extra large Brooklyn sausage and pepperoni pizza. It was HORRIBLE. The crust was extra thin and not foldable. Hardly any cheese. It seemed like they cut all the ingredients in half to sell it at $10. I was really looking forward to a cheesy soft pizza and ended up with cardboard!
Although I can make my own pizza, the next best thing is one from Papa Murphy's. If it's Tuesday, as a senior watching pennies, we often will place an order to enjoy a meal we don't have to actually fix ourselves. Just TAKE n' Bake
Walked in and was greeted with you the door dash order ..and when I said no, I noticed all the food was empty and they just looked at me. They are posted to be open till 8pm and it was about 7m till 8 on Memorial Day weekend. I told them it was before 8pm and neither worker offered to make a pizza. If you are supposed to be open you should serve your patrons. Bad business!
