I am not a plan to eat art person, so never really looked sprout as option. I thought the meals were boring and amazing. I was wrong. cookies and brownie were totally legit and can compete with vegan bakeries in seoul. all hot dishes were well seasoned and easy to heat. the salads and desserts were good, better than I expected. hummus was very good. the portions were enough. this is really a good option for busy peop... I have been ordering from Sprout for almost a year now. It's a significant improvement from the questionable school lunches I used to have for lunch, and it's the easiest dinner to make after a long day at work. The food is delicious and stays fresh in the fridge all week. They frequently update their menu and recently added a burger bowl salad that is incredible. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. I... View all feedback.
Great food for a great price, and delivered weekly with a changing menu, so they never get boring. perfectly portioned and easy to heat. the personal reacts quickly to ask and lie. her vegan meatball sub is one of my favorite! some of the food has a similar basic taste that should be improved, but others than that I love order from them!

To be honest, if they were a restaurant with a seat, then I would go. everything I had would have been better if served fresh from the kitchen. the prices are also very good.
I ordered by sprout with my friend and we loved it absolutely! we ate two packs and a carrot cake and it was recommended!
I moved to seoul in May 2020 and first discovered sprout while in quarantine. what a lifeguard! it really has me through the first few months of learning how to make vegan in korea. great value and variety! nothing like with peace of mind knowing I will eat well when I have no time to cook! updated by the previous review on 2020-08-07
The majority of the food tastes so delicious! I've been ordering from them on and off for years. However, lately I've noticed that if you look closely at the spinach in the salads, it still has dirt on it. Spinach in Korea is sold ridiculously dirty, so it makes sense that they are struggling to clean it. I usually rinse spinach from the store at least three times including putting it in a bath of vinegar and baking soda for a few minutes. I hope they can improve how well they wash their spinach. In the mean time, I'm rinsing it and heating up the salads to make sure to kill the bacteria. I've also gotten a few hairs in my food (too short to be mine), so they must not be wearing hair nets or tying their hair back. Still, I love a lot about this company including their commitment to sustainability and recycling. I'll continue ordering from them, but I'll take a break for awhile first.
