Dined in with my mum and below images are what we had for our dinner. Seemed like it wasn’t enough at first but we were extremely full at the end. I would recommend har gow and siu mai for your starters. These two prawn based dim sums have two different style of presenting the juiciness of the ingredients. Stir fried veggies were also amazing. A branch of the global Chinese restaurant, which is obviously overrated in general. Food is okay and quite enjoyable however it is bit expensive considering its quality and taste. It seems the restaurant is not hiring enough staffs to cover its huge hall and tables. So many people are complaining that its service is too slow and even rude time to time and which I cannot agree more.

Ordered fried rice. Unfortunately it is bland. Perhaps should have ordered something else. My son ordered corn soup with crab meat which he said is nice. Service is good. Rather sad that people would eat here and consider it Singaporean food standard. Crystal Jade never failed me in Singapore.

Juicy prawns still make my mouth watering as I’m writing this review. Definitely worth the Michelin Guide title.
