If you enjoyed the bread at Changbi Cafe, you will also enjoy the bread here. It is a vegan bakery, and not all vegan bakeries offer tasty bread. People often buy vegan bread for health reasons or because they are vegetarian, but sometimes end up with bread that is just okay. In that regard, Ubraedo is a great bakery because all of their bread is delicious. The cream bread series is highly recommended, including cream bread, cream red bean bread, and coconut cream bread. There used to be blueberry cream bread in the past, which is sadly not available now. They also sell chocolate cream bread and black sesame cream bread. While chocolate bread is typically tasty, the unexpectedly delicious black sesame cream bread has a sweet and nutty flavor. They offer various types of ciabatta bread, and the wasabi ciabatta is subtly addictive. Overall, Ubraedo is a great bakery with delicious bread options.

However, the higher prices compared to regular bakeries are disappointing. After moving to a new location, some items have become more expensive or smaller in size, which is a downside. I purchased a few breads for my mother who has diabetes, but her blood sugar spiked dramatically after consuming a couple of them, even though they were sans rice or sweet potatoes. Whether it's regular bread or vegetarian bread, if you're going to consume it, it's best to consider the patient's preferences. I tried the tofu roll, which was too moist and sour compared to regular rolls. If you're looking for a simple and healthy bread made with natural ingredients, this place is recommended. However, if taste is important to you, the overall satisfaction may not be as high for the price.
