What Paul Geominy doesn't like about Omma:
Very small menu with three starters, main courses and desserts. The taste is perfect but the portions are far too small for the price. The salad was completely overpriced at €16. The pig too fat and still pink. No nice wine glasses. Overall ok but not a highlight. Beautiful surprise in Roussillon... a detonating and well-worked plate for an explosion of mastered flavors... from the fun mouth salmon wasabi to the octopus to the chili pepper ← to finish with the pear to the hull all is done to surprise taste buds ... a stopover more than recommended... the point of view remains magical even at night Service: Dine in
