I'm sorry about the Vanne hostel, but you lost customers. And believe me it’s not over at this rate, and what I read about your welcome guests. Even complete we treat people well. I know people in Sens and I will take care of your advertising personally!

A pleasant hostel, although the guests have little room, which implies that it is advisable to book, overlooking the tumultuous and picturesque course of the Vanne, with an interesting cuisine in quality and quantity. Some popular dishes such as calf ris or mushroom veal kidneys and a very suitable 30-euro menu. Only flats, a dessert of great banality and the half bottle of Maneton Salon at 18 euros, which is close to the double of the normal bottle in the corner caviste.

Frankly, everything is fine. First of all, the friendly, helpful and with a smile. Everything is done home, it sees and feels.

Very nice and pleasant restaurant we ate in the room, I found that there was a choice, for my part I took a flat inlet menu and dessert and my companion cheese dish entrance, the 2 waitresses I found them more pleasant. A beautiful promise with a curry coco chicken accompanied by potatoes and cooked vegetables but it was only a frugal plate. A chicken thigh (an escalope would have been more appreciated) with a fade sauce, similar to vegetables and some pieces of potatoes. It's also a pity that the decoration is worshipped. A very nice and smiling little waitress and patroness much less. A quality ratio not at all in adequacy.
