I asked a kind waiter if they had a seat in their totally full restaurant. I got lucky! He brought me to the table and the culinary journey began. It was overwhelming! Intrigued by the reviews, I booked for lunch today, Sunday, for two. We arrive early and find the place, large and rather dated, already full. In summary, two seafood risottos (fair quality, abnormal quantity at least for another diner , a grilled fish (good quality, normal quantity but after the risotto it didn 't matter... , water, half a liter of wine and two coffees 50 euros in total. And also the bitterness offered. I certainly ate better (and maybe I spent double or almost double , but in a panorama that now turns entirely towards the gourmet, the Michelin or the red prawn (often with I would like but I can 't results , it was a very pleasant leap into the past, a return to mass catering, to home cooking, to the waiter who has never seen you but who immediately treats you like an old friend. To be consistent with all the other experiences I 've had, I gave it four stars, but where can you easily find a four-star place where you eat well, spend little and immediately feel at ease? 200 meters from the sea and in the historic center? See you very soon, I absolutely have to try your meat offerings (the passing trays of cannelloni, lasagne, roasts and cappelletti were touching .
