I visited for dinner around 8:00 PM on a Saturday. The jukebox was extremely loud, and people were practically shouting to hear each other. The locals casually walked behind the bar to grab their own drinks when the staff was occupied or chatting with customers. We felt ignored unless we reached out first; no one ever checked in on us, asking if we needed anything or how our meal was. I ordered the burrito, which was decent but nothing remarkable. If I find myself in Seney again, I would consider dining there, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.
