Quaint, delightfully decorated cafe where I bought cookies and a delicious cinnamon bun. I actually went to claim my radio prize of a stuffed sundae, but I was drawn right in by the display of yummy baked goods. I chose the banana split which was just like an old-fashioned split like we used to make at the Taster Freez. It was beautifully made, and they use whole strawberries, not a syrup. It was topped off with whipped cream and a cherry. What a feast! Nice variety of Hershey ice cream,
Great coffee, cute decor, and cozy atmosphere. Owners are very nice. I ordered an omelette and it was huge! Definitely stop in for a relaxing breakfast.
Went to Bee's Cafe to claim a prize won on the radio, but I purchased a few things to take home. The cookies were big and delicious. The huge cinnamon but was split by two of us. Light and fluffy, and just the right amount of frosting perfect bun! I hadn't had a banana split in probably 30 years, but I indulged, yes, indulged. It was delicious! The staff is friendly and decor is homey. They are really nice and food is terrific. I had an BLT with homemade bread and it was just what I remembered from my childhood
Back again for lunch, as usual the food was very good! The owner comes out and chats with customers to make sure everything is alright. Furnishing are very eclectic, some are homemade. The cafe is closed, they are only open for special orders and catering.
