Mcdonald's - Seneca

Found a bug baked into the egg of my breakfast sandwich and the egg wasn’t even fully cooked. I took the sandwich back and was asked if they could replace it, but I was totally repulsed and did not want another sandwich. I was then asked if they could do anything else so I asked for a refund. The worker apologized but it didn’t seem genuine and almost seemed like this wasn’t gross to them and I imagine it happens more often than not from the reaction I got. I will not be going back.
