Lake Keowee Cabana - Seneca

I spent a solo weekend in town and received a recommendation for The Lighthouse Restaurant. Wow! I was thoroughly impressed. The fried zucchini appetizer was amazing, and things only got better from there! For my main course, I opted for the pecan-encrusted chicken, which came with havarti mac and cheese and Cajun cream corn. The portions were enormous; I even took half of everything home with me. I'm really looking forward to visiting again and bringing my family next time!

Consistently delightful cuisine! While the menu may change occasionally, the quality remains superb every time. This restaurant is always worth the trip! You can’t go wrong here. Even the stunning lake views add to the experience without detracting from it. Every dish is expertly prepared to suit your preferences. They also have a banquet hall available for all your special events, whether it’s a wedding reception, banquet, or graduation celebration.

We hosted my graduation party in one of the event rooms on the second floor, and it was a fantastic experience. The space was private and roomy, with a lovely view of the lake. We were able to arrange the tables and chairs to our liking and even put up some simple decorations. The staff was professional, attentive, and very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the food was quite good as well. A special shoutout to Jenna, our server—she was amazing!

Excellent food and service. Had the fillet with black shrimps. Couldn't have asked to be better. Very good appetizers. This place is just never disappointed! Cheese risotto is great.

We had our wedding here 4/9/2022 and it was absolutely beautiful! We booked a little over a year in advance with Chad and the entire process was easy and convenient! Chad’s communication was impeccable and lessened my stress as the bride. The set up was timely and exactly as I pictured! Food from the Lighthouse was inexpensive in comparison to other wedding catering and delicious! 10/10 would recommend this venue/catering for your wedding!! Thank you so much to Chad and his crew!
