Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, where everyone will find something. Dinner and especially beer in the associated restaurant is also highly recommended. We have already been here twice and will soon be spending the third weekend in this hotel. Rooms: 5

The rooms are clean... read more We arrived a little early, but were able to get to our room easily. The room was on the 3rd floor and we had a nice view towards Blaufelden. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. Beds are comfortable. The town of Blaustein is not particularly beautiful, in our opinion, but the surrounding area is even more so. We took a wonderful trip to Blaufelden to the Blautopf. Since we only had 2 nights, we visited Ulm on the way home. The hotel brews its own excellent beer. We tried almost all varieties. The food in the restaurant is very good. The breakfast buffet also offers something for every taste. The staff was very warm and accommodating. We felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

Went to the restaurant (without a hotel) on our anniversary yesterday, the burger was really excellent, from the bread to the pickle relish, and the sweet potat... read more Went to the restaurant (without a hotel) on our anniversary yesterday, the burger was really excellent, from the bread to the pickle relish, and the sweet potato fries were also significantly better (for just one euro more than normal ones) than any I've had in a long time. The style of the furniture could perhaps be adapted a little to the rest of the lovely ambience (color and such) but I don't really care about that when it comes to good food. We can't say whether all the dishes on the menu are so great, but we would definitely try it again. Small addendum, the team from young to old was attentive but not intrusive in the service, service was quick and there were no mix-ups. Keep it up!
