Ishinomaki-ko Tsuda Sengyo - Sendai

Little selection as to the English menu. The food was average. The scallops were over cooked and the soba with a fried egg on top was ok. BUT the STAFF were very accommodating and attentive!!Five Stars to the Staff!!

It is hard to find, especially if you are a foreign tourist. There were no signs on the street that indicates that the place even existed, but as soon as you appear at the location on Google cards, you can stop a local and show them the name of the store in Japanese and they will probably know exactly where you need to go! Very popular with locals! When I said to go to a white wall in an open hallway, and turn left, I don't think it makes sense, but these were the instructions that we got from a few guys from the street, and it was slightly rural from there. Very cozy. We came before dinner / after work rush and easily got a table, but it fills in any case. One of their most interesting dishes they offer is a dish of tuna with most meat already cut off that you get the bone all clean from meat. Loved her home salad with Sashimi occupied! Great list of local love! Appropriately expensive. All in all a great experience and a great find for treasure hunters!
