He wa... read more I have to praise the manager at KFC for his honesty. He let me know that the Original Recipe would take about sixteen minutes, which I really appreciated. He was managing everything himself—cooking, taking orders, processing payments—truly handling all aspects. That’s what makes a great manager! When no one else was available, he went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The service tonight was exceptional! Thank you for a fantastic experience and a great menu!

I placed a mobile order that was su... read more I experienced several problems during my visit. Three staff members were inattentive to orders, which was quite frustrating. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:24, but when I arrived at 4:31, my order was still not prepared. They didn’t even acknowledge that it was a mobile order displayed on the screen. When I finally received my order, the fries were cold, stale, and only half-filled in the box. To make matters worse, I didn’t leave until 4:57 because they prioritized fixing someone else’s order that wasn’t even ahead of mine.

However, I found out they no longer offer large buckets—only set options of 8, 12, or 16 pieces. Regardless, the chicken still had that delicious KFC flavor we all love!

We ordered an 8-piece box of chicken but only received four pieces, and there was another mistake with our order. Overall, we were charged over $40 for it. It's frustrating to think that these fast food places expect to pay their workers $15 an hour, given the level of service we experienced.
