The Bismillah Restaurant is one of several Indian/Malay cuisine restaurants in Semporna, and it was my favorite spot for having Indian roti or dosai for breakfast, along with Indian-style cardamom tea. Located on the same street as Semporna's main dive center, Scuba Junkie, they have their menu in English and also offer free wi-fi with a fairly fast connection.
