Gasthof Adler - Sempach

Amazing best place to eat in sempach. we had a classic steak tart and it was very tasty and the wine from chile was also great. service is excellent and the personal is very professional, friendly and attentive. can not say enough about the eagles...Restaurant definitiw add it to their places to eat list when they 're in the opposite!

Gasthof adler shows the gourmet guide in which it is listed prominently. just like my dinner was really pleasant. a warmer thanks to the excellent service of the renter and her waitress. a real teamwork, and I could see that both have enjoyed their job properly. eating was as impressive as the service. I've been in the four cook menu, which proved to be delicious. as a starter was the marinated thun fish with mushroom bran light and tasty. followed by a cold tomato soup a little too seasoned for my taste. as main course I enjoyed a beautiful filet of bark thick but very delicate piece, perfectly grilled and served in a delicious red wine sauce. Finally, a sortiment on sorbets and mousse was the perfect dessert for a warm summer evening. the Swiss is hopelessly expensive and eagle does not take off. the bill amounted to chf115 very expensive, but definitely worth it.
