Kawartha Bakery Ltd. - Selwyn

I found some of their baked goods to be very tasty and others to be bland. The apple pie was very bland, not enough flavour...but the strawberry rhubarb pie was very tasty! The blueberry loaf was dry but the raisin butter tarts were AMAZING!I guess it depends on what you are looking for and your tastes but I'd go again.

Save your money. Their products are horrible. There's another bakery in Lakefield that is much better. I should have gone there but i thought I would try kawartha bakery based on reviews. Now I suspect the owner wrote the good reviews.

We purchased three gluten free items, and were pleased with all three. Best of all is the pleasure of being in a real bakery with real people. Give it a go.

A variety of gluten free products. I bought the gf shortbread. Just ok , but gf baking is pretty unsatisfying anyways. The regular apple pie looked good, so I bought it. The industrial filling was bland, and no cinnamon didn't help. Cheese bread was ok. Expensive. Portapotty for customers. Ew.

Certainly the place to go for all of your gluten free food. The pies are delicious, the waffles are yummy. We have tried almost all of it
