The maximum score for the first time since I express my opinions is not dictated by the perfection of the goto treatment, place and other. but from the satisfaction of seeing how a group of very kind guys managed an inconvenience: intelligence, grace, humility in recognizing a mistake, and a perfect management of the situation.
