Contribute Feedback What LucyCarvalho doesn't like about Alaska:
Popped in here for our first meal on the slopes. This restaurant is a popular place due to its location at the top of the nursery slopes. It offers simple dishes: antipasti, soups, pasta and meat mains. Dishes are pre-cooked in batches so they arrive at your table in no time. Prices are low €8-14) for pasta/mains and service can be a bit erractic. There is an outside terrace. View all feedback.
Just back from a great week's skiing in Selva. We had our lunch almost every day in the Alaska as it was a handy meeting point for our group of skiers. The food was always good and we generally ordered the same thing every day. There was not much for the kids to eat, so plain chips was usually the daily order for them. The only criticism I would have was the cost of their house wine. It was either by the glass at €4 or by the bottle for €23. There was no carafe option which was available in every other establishment on the mountain. It was a pity- as we had demi-litres further up the mountain for €5 or a litre for €9. So I feel if they lowered their drinks prices they would certainly have more customers.
Right on the slopes, this is an ideal spot for lunch or a drink at the end of a good day's skiing. Food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive
This is a great location especially with kids as you are right on the kids lift. Very friendly family runs the chalet.

The menu has a good choice of local and italian dishes, for adults and children. There is a panoramic terrace in summer.
