We are regulars at the Selma Chicken Shack and have never had any issues My husband loves the buffalo chicken fries .. the food is always good and the customer service is great! Yesterday in particular, I was assisted by Nate and Taco! They were both absolutely amazing extremely helpful and friendly.. Thank you both for the wonderful customer service View all feedback. UPDATE: Opened up under new owners and food quality has declined! Fries are not the same fries they had before. Also was placed on hold for over 5mins. Arrived at store and not even busy.Service sucks in Selma. Employees are rude. ordered online to skip the wait.. ordered at 3:23 pm and received order at 4:02 pm View all feedback.
