I have been coming to this restaurant for a month while studying for my MBA, and it has become like my second office. Instead of driving halfway across the city to Utsa, I find the atmosphere here to be studious and just as conducive to productivity as a library. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The atmosphere at the restaurant was great - quiet, bright, and well occupied. However, the outdoor seating area was not well-maintained, dusty, and unattractive. I am giving it two stars because the atmosphere is important, but the service was lacking. I was not greeted, the staff did not acknowledge me, and only took my order. Just like any other Starbucks location, this is always so busy! long lines for the drive thru, always creating a headache there at the entrance to the parking lot. but it's died! great coffee, great snacks and baked goods. that is always worth waiting!
Line was long, which was fine (it's to be expected) and they apologized for it. Honestly, it was no bother. What did get me was that when we got to the window, they forgot our order 3 times. They had to keep asking us what we were missing.
I ordered a venti caramel brûlée latte. I waited 30min for my drink for it to be the wrong drink and size, I told the cashier about the mixup he said I can get another one to wait another 30min bc mine got out to the end of the line and it was still the wrong side. I’m very disappointed and upset with the service I got today
Nice atmosphere. We sat outside and it was very nice.
Chia latte was just right, so was the customer experience.
