I mistakenly believed my order was correct and drove 30 miles back home, only to find out it was completely wrong. To make things worse, the chicken was really greasy. Overall, I felt that the entire order was a complete waste of money. View all feedback.

Customer service is not welcoming at all. Had my daughter not sent me money to get KFC, I would have gone to Popeye's. Didn't ask if I wanted original or Krispy or baked.
