Visiting Selma, AL today and found this place on Yelp. We were hungry for burgers and Charlie's had good ratings so decided to give it a try. Charlie has a great atmosphere, delicious burgers, and the pickle fries are amazing. When we were done eating Charlie stopped by our table and gave us a quick rundown of the awesome history of Selma. You can not close! where will I get my pimento cheese burgers? Don't want anyone else

Great local place with good food. Try the sweet potato fries. Pimento cheeseburger was really good.
Thanks Charlie and Sherri, we had a great time tonight, great food and great owners. As you know yours was our first Pimento Cheese Burger and you sold us, absolutely great. Plus, you were right about the pickle fries, we could be addicted. Thanks again, if we are ever back in town, we will see your again. Great atmosphere, cold beer, great food, and all very reasonably priced.............can't say any more good things. TRY IT!!! Dan and Deb
Burger was good but everything was over over over priced paid almost $10 for a burger and fries are extra and they were burnt smh
