My husband and I looked up this bbq spot and we’re glad we did! Everything we had was delicious! My husband BBQ all the time and he’s never been impressed with any of the BBQ spots we’ve tried! Loved dinner at Fred’s! Here on a business trip after driving by Fred’s every day we decided to check it out on our last night wow, definitely worth a visit. I had a two meat platter (brisket pulled pork) with green beans Mac cheese everything was delicious. Fred was awesome with food customer service sitting at a picnic table in the warm Texas sunshine with a hot plate cold Coke was the best. Picture attached was after I started eating; it all smelled so good I jumped in before taking a picture- portions are large generous.
Love the pulled pork!It will be nice when you move inside.
Hidden gem. Way better food and service than the Rudy's and Bill Millers nearby. Had the brisket, chicken, and pulled pork sandwich all were delicious. Would recommend this to anyone looking for BBQ in Live Oak and
Owners are so friendly! And bbq is legit ! True Texas BBQ, I recommend it to everyone I know.
