This is my go to place for soft serve in the area. It's crazy cheap, the portions are huge, and the ice cream is great. Worth noting that it's cash only although I think they accept Venmo now too .

Great water ice for great price!! The only thing is the hours are not right!! I’ve been there twice before 9 and they’re always closed. They might want to change that because it’s very disappointing when you walk there and they’re closed. But everything else is great!!
