I went to this restaurant based on Vedat Milor's recommendation. As a person from Konya, it was definitely one of the best etliekmeks I have ever had. Although it was thinner than the classic etliekmek, the dough was light and well-fermented, so it didn't dry out or burn; it had just the right level of thinness. However, this performance is not possible with delivery service, you should eat it as soon as it comes out of the oven. Considering the prices, ambiance, and service quality, the prices are high, especially for the drinks. Side dishes like radish and parsley were bad, and waiting made them dry.
This is a quick and tasty place to eat lahmacun in the traditional way.
