Work lunch for 4. Really impressed with what they've done with the place. Food was delicious service was good. Only negative on where we were sat and the heavy bench seats that made it a bit tricky for everyone to be comfy but that was perhaps a quirk of where we were and only tables certainly were not all the same. Would go again

The starters were a little expensive but very nice, ranging from £7 £13. Mains were well prepared and vfm in my opinion, had the steak pie excellent Overall, wine a bit too expensive for me but the whole experience was decent

Amazing food, the French onion soup is to die for! Slightly on the pricey side for a la carte, but the set menu is excellent value! We we’re also checking out the lunch menu which looks impressive and is certainly on the horizon to try for us! The staff were very friendly and service was quick, possibly too quick as we were onto our main meal within 30 minutes of arriving. Live music created a fantastic ambiance. This restaurant was a favourite of ours in the past and we are over the moon that they have re opened!

Lovely food in a lovely surrounding. Nice clean table cloths and linen. Friendly and attentive staff. Very much worth a visit.

Surprised how good it was.The service was brilliant with friendly and efficient staff the food came very quickly and each course was delicious. Will definitely go again when in the area.
