River Canyon Espresso And Frozen Yogurt

Today was supposed to be a relaxing day, but it turned into chaos. I can't comment on the salad from the restaurant because it spilled all over my car floor due to the styrofoam packaging. My drink wasn't the iced latte I ordered, and even though I was the only customer inside, the service seemed a bit disorganized. Despite this, the food was decent, and I appreciated the seating options available.

I love coming to this restaurant with my children to enjoy cake pots and coffee for myself, and always have a wonderful experience! Today, I drove from Yakima to Selah during my lunch break and ordered a mixed mocha made with Big Train powder. I noticed that they had not included coffee in my drink, so I politely requested that they remake it with coffee. The server seemed upset and insisted that was not how the drink was made. After a brief pause, she returned to inform me that they were unable to add coffee as requested. I ended up paying over $5 for the drink and left a tip.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about two years now. The drinks here are great, but I think they need to improve their customer service. I understand that it's a busy place, but my children can tell when the staff is not very friendly. I always leave tips when I hear a thank you for coming.

The harvest wrap is amazing and the coffee is good. Friendly service and quick.

First of all, their food is delicious!! However every time I order food, something is wrong. Like today I ordered their harvest wrap, and I got a ceaser wrap instead. It was wonderfully delicious, but not what I ordered. And for what it costs, I would like to recieve what I order. Other than that, I DO recommend River Canyon because they do have great quality food and drinks!
