The staff are extremely kind, but the manager is a very sad looking gentleman who treats people very dryly and with an arrogant attitude. It's the kind of person I can't imagine smiling. I think your employees should get a raise just for putting up with your presence. Pans is a great franchise, and I'm sorry to say that Rio Sul was the worst I've ever been through. View all feedback.
