Schlotzsky's Cinnabon - Seguin

Today I stopped at Seguin HEB to get some food. I was in line at the check-out stand and there was a young man in front of me wearing a Schlotzsky's uniform buying flowers and we welcomed us. The cleric arranged his flowers and told him the sum and then he told her to add my food to his bill. I told him he didn't have to do this and he answered: My pleasure sir, thank you for your service. I wore a veteran ball cap. I thanked him, I never expected that.

If anyone knows me...they would know my standards of customer service are very high. I want to thank Brianna for her white glove service she gave me and my family. Thank you very much and we will definitely be returning!

Food was good. There isn't a Schlotzsky near me so when traveling, we like to eat there rather than the typical fast food. The attendant could have been friendlier; she acted like she could care less. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean; the food was good and fresh.

Drive thru wait was not too bad for what I ordered and a car in front. The calzone was not fully closed but still really good. The avocado Turkey is always good. And I love that they have Cinnabon. The staff was very polite even though I didn't know what I wanted

Visited this place a couple of years ago and I thought the flies were going to carry me away and the place was a mess/dirty. My visit 2 days ago was totally opposite, clean/neat and the sandwich was very good. Must be under new management or the existing management got its stuff together.
