What Lynn Hensley doesn't like about Rodeos Tex Mex:
I am rating 3 star simply because of the hours operation. They don't open until most of us at Caterpillar are already clocking in for work.AND CLOSED AT 3 PM. We can't even get dinner on the way home. However we do make group orders early for breakfast but by the time someone from work goes to get it ? Its actually lunch time and we are super hungry. I have been here many times to place a to go order. I finally had a chance to dine in...I ordered the barbacoa mini taco plate. It was amazing, fresh, full of flavor! The table service was ON POINT...and so freindly. The only sad part is I work night shifts and they close at 3pm. I highly recomend this establishment!!! View all feedback.

read moreIts good fresh food and every one including servers and cooks are great. They can serve customized food, based on your needs. Green salsa (verde) is amazing.
Food was great but the carne guisda big piece little bit undercooked hot sauce was great including the waitress always helping us other ok..
Very good breakfast tacos. As well as lunch plates! Friendly staff not too long of a wait time at all to get your food out.
