Jack In The Box - Seguin

The employees cough in orders with Drive-thru. You had a smile. Enhanced their hard fast work to make our din-in experience beautiful. The food was good. You could say they were understaffed, but they did a great job to get everyone's order out.

I'm not sure if this is the jack in box in new Braunfels or Seguin. The one in New Braunfels is better than the one in Seguin. Seguin is closed most of the time when I try to go there in the evening and the workers are not professional at all. Sorry just being honest. So if I was to go to Jack in the box again. It would for sure be in New Braunfels .

Jack in the box is one of my favs, but this one really needs a new management team to come in and revaluate the current staff! The food is still really good, but it would kill them to smile and be curtious!!

This restaurant is very clean, and all orders are freshly prepared. I even took a photo of the staff making the patties. The team is friendly and incredibly helpful. We ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger and the Sauerteig Jack, and both were delicious. You can also add salad, tomatoes, and onions at no extra charge.

The customer service was outstanding, and the food was hot and fresh, which really makes a difference. The prices are fantastic compared to many other fast food chains. I only paid $18 for two large meals and even added an extra patty to my burger. I will definitely be coming back to this place more often!
