The service here is all about the male staff strutting and interacting with each other while being aloof with clients rather than acknowledging their customers. This is rather typical in Italy. I did however notice that female customers were deferred to and treated with smile. Stereotypes and “traditional” behaviour abound here! Although annoyed with the service, the tea was good as was my croissant. View all feedback.

Only had a drink in here with some colleagues but very nice cafe, good service, good quality and well priced. Worth a visit
Sleek cafe inside the Malpensa Airport. A female worker was unfriendly while a male worker behaved in a gentleman way so I am giving 4 instead of 3.
