I'll do it synthetic. beautiful location surrounded by woods, well-kept interior, rustic but classy. except for cheeses, exquisite however, all the rest is own production, even the bread to say little exceptional along with the focaccia the fettuccine with ragù di scottona (from their breeding) deserve a separate article. excellent also those to the porcini (the latter coming from their chestnut grove). Memorable meat dishes from animals bred in their own. exceptional homemade meats and vegetables of their vegetable garden. interesting proposal of local wines. a real restaurant at km 0 strongly attached to tradition and quality.
