The Dining Rooms - Sefton

This restaurant is overpriced and the staff is not very accommodating. I had a complaint about the tasteless and bland food, especially considering the cost. The manager was very rude and did not offer to replace the meal with something else. I was not asking for a refund, I just wanted what I supposedly paid for - flavorful food. Instead, I received bland and cold food. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the meal I received at this restaurant. The atmosphere was quirky and full of brilliance, and it was evident that the food was carefully and lovingly prepared.

The room was small and inadequately furnished. The guest quarters were locked at night, preventing us from complaining about other loud guests who kept us awake until 7 a.m. The manager assured us a refund would be issued to our card, but we have yet to see it.

I really enjoyed the option of either continental or English breakfast at this restaurant. The breakfast room was spacious and pleasant. At a price of £4.50, it was great value for the quality of food.

Super location right on the promenade, we had a deluxe twin room which was lovely and warm, very clean and gorgeous bed linen. Room was on the ground floor and on the front of the hotel. Super friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast ! Would definitely stay again.xx
