While many patrons praise the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff, highlighting their exceptional sandwich-making skills and quick service, others express frustration over inconsistent order preparations and delays due to delivery prioritization. Some diners have encountered poorly made and cold sandwiches that disappoint, revealing a need for improvement in quality. Nonetheless, the popular Italian BMT and the "Souper" lunch have their fans, while the friendly and helpful staff contribute positively to the overall atmosphere. Ultimately, consistent service and attention to detail remain vital for this eatery's success.
The staff at this restaurant were exceptionally helpful, especially the young man who assisted us. I regret not getting his name, as he was very professional and ensured that we received everything we wanted.
Ordered a tune sub footlong and it came all squished together and freezing cold like it had been sat in a fridge and after 15 mins of heating it in the oven the taste was so bad I gagged on it and threw it away
I ordered four sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted with cheese inside, one of them with onions. However, none of the sandwiches were made correctly. It's disappointing that a restaurant claiming to be the best can't even make a simple sandwich properly. Stick to the order next time! It's unacceptable.
I absolutely get that a delivery service is crucial to ongoing business but when I called past today there were about 6 customers in the queue and I only had 30 mins for lunch so I thought that’s good. It was evident that due to delivery the 2 staff were busy accommodating in shop customers and delivery but thought if I get to the front of the queue I can explain I’m time limited but it was ignored some of us only have 30 min for lunch! Last time I ordered on just eat I was charged for it so I thought little queue I’ll go in. I never do reviews but was so annoyed today and ended up getting lunch at tea time. Maybe a sign needs to go up to say delivery takes priority! Just asked for more info and yes social distancing for customers but then the delivery staff just wander round!
Lights on but doors locked so missed out on 3 orders tonight. Pointed out the opening hours but they didn’t open the doors
