Our go-to spot for brunch dates is Remedy, a charming restaurant in Southport. The bright benches and tables are complemented by table service. Inside, the atmosphere has a vintage bar feel with a mix of bright and dark brown tones. What J3KTN doesn't like about Remedy:
Sat for ages at a grubby table with no attention. Finally a young lady came out cleaning all tables but not ours. Totally ignored us.Asked her if we could be served and she said to go inside. Thin papered, unappealing photocopied menus on the ledge just inside displaying about a third of their usual fayre.Perused the limited menu and decided to leave. View all feedback.
Excellent place for a casual lunch. Limited menu but all high quality freshly cooked food. Great service. Imaginative outdoor seating
We really enjoyed our brunch date Place Remedy is a cute spot in Southport, the place is decorated with bright benches and tables outdoors with table service and on the inside it has more of a vintage chilled bar type of atmosphere with a lot of light and dark brown tones. Food is lovely, even if appears expensive, it's worth it.....until the table next to you starts smoking. Ruins everything. You move. It happens again. Can't keep moving tables with children. There was no, no smoking areas, and staff not bothered about impact on non-smokers. Whilst...
