High Park Fish Chips - Sefton

Order came on time, food was tasty with large portions but oh so salty! Was up all night with dry salty mouth, never had salty chinese like this before.

Possible the worst customer service I have ever received in my life! The woman on the phone was so sarcastic when I had asked where my order was and replied with “it does take 1.5-2 hours Yano” I thought this was absolutely appalling, you could of handled with I’m so sorry about your wait, it won’t be too long etc!! When the food arrived, all the packaging was really greasy the paper had ripped. There is no care at all in the food yes it’s a cheap chippy but it doesn’t cost to look after your food going out. Would 100% NOT recommend! The chips tasted burnt, and the fish was really soggy. Really disappointed

Ordered a few extras for my daughters birthday, I wish I hadn't bothered.Salt and pepper chips were ordinary awful chips with lashings of salt, virtually no onions or peppers and were disgusting.Onion rings where massive with too much batter and full of grease, they were awful.Vegetable spring rolls weren't much better, soggy with very little filling.My husband went to pick up for speed and during this pandemic (Covid-19) wanted to pay by card only to be told there was no card machine.I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered food at 17.30 and it arrived at 20.15 after we called to enquire where it was. When it arrived there was sauce all over the boxes. I wouldn’t even serve the food to an animal. The chips had been cooked over and over, the ribs were seriously over cooked, chicken wings not cooked properly in the centre and the chicken curry was congealed. Worst £29.00 I have ever spent all went straight in the bin.

We bought chips fish and peas, the chips looked like they'd been warmed up from the night before the fish was soggy batter and hardly any fish and had a funny taste and the peas were sweet. We won't be going there again.
