Costa Coffee - Sefton

I visited this amazing restaurant a couple of days ago, and I have to say that every time I go there, I receive the best service from three amazing staff members named Catherine, Jamie, and Gabi. They made my day and were lovely to talk to, going the extra mile for me. I will definitely be back soon as I love their decaf coffee.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and talkative whenever possible. The drinks were great, and they made a small hot chocolate for my daughter that was just perfect and the right temperature.

I was craving a large black Americano and decided to stop by this branch while walking through the village of Huyton. The two women working in the store were very friendly, especially the manager, Catherine, if I remember her name correctly. I was impressed by the exceptional service I received. A customer who seemed to be difficult was in the store, complaining that her latte tasted like coffee. Despite this rude customer, Catherine handled the situation with grace. I would definitely visit this place again, 5 out of 7 stars.

Latte was weak, watery even. Assistants were friendly and the other members of my group enjoyed what they had, but my latte was...poor. Sort it out girls better tasting coffee in the Wetherspoons over the road!

I have been here quite a few times. Found the staff generally friendly and attentive. Coffee is ok. Atmosphere is good. But at times, it 's advertised as closing at 5:30pm and then you get a coffee at sat 4:40 hoping for a good sit down and chilling with yo coffee, and then we 're closing at 5pm! Not good. It 's why I rarely go the Huyton Village Costa now. Many shops stay open till 6pm or 7pm. No customers and the shop eventually closes. In America, they say the customer is always right and/or the customer is king. Here in good ol ' Blighty, it still veers between ok to like it or lump it. Not good enough! This isn 't a rant at the staff, they generally do a good job on not great pay. This is for the owners! Pull your finger out! Or many of us won 't be back.
