Came on Saturday for lunch. It was nice an quiet as still fairly early. Staff were lovely and food was delicious. Few little niggly issues, like no hot drinks as machine broken, egg yolk was hard on breakfast and the blue light discount didn’t work at the till. Didn’t stop us enjoying our food though. Everything was hot and well presented. Will certainly come again. View all feedback.
What Kcwills doesn't like about Blue Anchor:
Awful just awful Waited 40 mins for food, only 2/3 dishes arrived. Then waited 4mins for cutlery. Still didn’t get 3rd meal before we left without eating! No staff to speak to, no light in disabled toilet. Avoid avoid! View all feedback.
It was a community/40. party here on 26/05/18 for 80 people....Buffet was nice that everyone was complicated, personal was great. since it was also champions liga finale, the employees worked so hard. special mention tho to jane and denise that could not do enough for us. recommend definate x

Here were many paintings, but never an 18th birthday party (14/3/18) . nearly 50 of us were the coworkers brilliant, happy, attentive and helpful (there are names alude me) when we finally ordered that all food came hot and as it should be. the best was the cheap bill for such a good night. many thanks to x
Our 2nd home x ha x eat always nice, hot and good for their money. jayne and their coworkers always make us and r 3 years old very welcome love this family pub x i defo recommend the Thai green curry xx
