In my humble opinion, best place to get Omani halwa in Muscat. It is a small store but when you go in the store they have a sofa and table on the right with a selection of Omani halwas lying on the table for tasting. Once you are done tasting, you can go to the counter to buy the ones you like. Humble shopkeeper. Highly recommend!
