I've been to Damascino three times. In all three times everything about food was consistently excellent, on par with the food you would expect from the best restaurants in Damascus. I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Damascino الدمشقي:
Very bad customer service. We came in, sat on a table and had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get noticed and get the menu so we can order. Of course, we had to wait again for someone to come and take our order. Order is taking forever to come. When you want to order dessert at the end, you will face the same hassle again. Cool Arabic restaurant. But their service is not the top You need to work harder on their service and everything will be fine One moment I encourage them sincerely to buy the finished frits. It's more tasty for the customers thanks.
Delicious food. Especially the mixed grill. Parking spaces available. I felt nostalgia for the old City of Damascus.
Good Turkish/Syrian traditional cuisine. I find prices a bit higher than other similar restaurants. Anyway, the food is tasty.

Extremely bad services and unprofessional staff. Staff just passing duty time without giving any attention/importance to customers. Manager wasting time in chitchat on GSM and have bill control over staff.I will never ever recommend this resturant. This resturant is wastage of time and money.You will have regrets after visit.
