What User doesn't like about Shadowrock Tap Table:
A group of 10 people waited for 2 hours for a table at the restaurant, even though there were available tables both indoors and outdoors. When they arrived, they offered to split up to be seated faster, but were not accommodated. They experienced poor customer service from both the host and the waiter, who seemed annoyed by their questions. The service was slow, both for drinks and food, with meals taking over 45 min... We were so lucky to have booked a storybook Valentine’s Day dinner here. With a special menu, a rose, our own private geodesic bubble and Faith, our fantastic server, the evening was truly magical.
Bar closes at 9PM, which is super inconvenient. and Breakfast was disappointing for the price, asked for a to-go cup to bring the already on the table coffee on the road with us and the waitress never showed back up. Ended up just walking away.Sad excuse for dining in a hotel this nice. Soured our experience at the Hilton.There’s a Miley’s cafe and other places around the corner I would highly recommend instead
3.5 Food was pretty good, but there weren’t too many options. We went for dinner and really liked the truffle gnocchi — it was deliciously creamy and soft. The herb chicken was average. We sat at the bonfire and enjoyed the wonderful live music. Service and ambiance were very good. If you can, ask for s’mores for dessert!
Pretty good breakfast. The prices are kinda high for what they give you, the avocado toast was 20$ and the side of potatoes were 8$. Also, the inside dinning room is sad looking and it’s a little cold to site outside…
The food was delicious- we had the empanadas, gnocchi and chili. The service was great and ambiance on the patio was even better!
