Igloo dining at this restaurant can be a hit or miss experience. While the atmosphere is lovely and innovative, service and food quality can be inconsistent. Guests have encountered issues such as long waits, rude staff, and overpriced items. However, some have enjoyed the ambiance and excellent service from friendly staff. Overall, reviews are mixed, with some recommending the igloo experience while others suggest looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable dining experience.

We were excited to return to the Igloo dining for our Anniversary dinner. The Igloo set up was crowded this year with one server. We waited minutes in our Igloo for our drinks. Appetizers were expensive but tasty. I ordered wine with dinner but didn't receive it until after dinner. It was a disappointing Igloo experience this year. We won't return.

The igloo experience was a neat thing to do for the holidays. It was kept very warm by a heater and was clean. The decorations were very festive. Our waiter Omar was excellent. We started with drinks and the charcuterie app which was so yummy! We did have to send the sea bass back but the replacement of the salmon was great. Food overall was a B I thought it was very pricey, (as there is a pp mandatory charge) and I wouldn’t do it again, BUT we were well taken care of by all staff we encountered and it was a pleasant experience.

Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was a and the singer was great.

We decided to make the igloo experience that had so much fun. Lisa was our server and she was so nice and friendly and treated us as if she had met us for a long time. Very recommended!!

Excellent service, food was good, but nothing extraordinary. Definitely feels like a hotel restaurant, but it is worth not to leave the property for a meal.
