Contribute FeedbackReds, attached to Hotel Rouge, offers a delightful dining experience. While some customers mentioned service hiccups, others praised the attentive staff. The food is creative and delicious, with a particular standout- the shrimp cocktail. The ambiance reflects European-style elegance with beautiful surroundings. Although the menu may have a few kinks to work out post-renovation, Reds offers exciting flavors, good beverages, and personalized service. Overall, a delightful experience with potential for improvement.
The food was awful. The waitress couldn’t remember what we ordered and brought out the wrong thing twice. We were her only table. There was nobody in the restaurant. Now we know why.
Wait staff was great, Aaron rocks! Very friendly and personable. Food is delicious!
Very welcoming. The food was great. The service was fantastic!!
Rots opens after a renovation. You have a few kinks to iron out. Server was pleasant, but inexperienced. Menu was very different, but I wasn't very impressed!
It was my wife's birthday dinner. I made a reservation and told the host about my wife's BDay. We had a room at Hotel Reds connected. I went early to make sure everything is meant for my wife's birthday. I spoke to the bartender (he was the only one at that time). I told him about my wife and asked if he could have a chocolate cake ready for her. He said it was. When we had to hold back, they didn't check our reservation. We ordered drinks and found them with old bitter cherries. The water glasses were dirty. I ordered a medium steak and it was cooked well. We were crunchy at a time and I was hungry so I didn't send it back. The cake I set was not even at dinner. I'll never return.
