We are staying at the enchantment and went here for dinner. Daniela, our server was wonderful. We had the mushroom gnocchi as our appetizer delicious. What Sadie Gislason doesn't like about Che Ah Chi:
we went here while we were in the Enchantment resort and was extremely unpleasant in the service. we had reservations for 8 o'clock was sitting pretty fast, but the waiter has his part with taking order and drinks, but we were there for over 2 hours and still not eating very unacceptable for a upscale resort restaurant where their meal is over $250.00 to get this type of service. The only caveat is this does not come cheap. Itis costly but it was well worth it for us.

This place is a dining experience. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The food is a culinary delight. The bison steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious. They really made our special occasion even more special.
